Low Carb Garlic Chicken Zoodles

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 2-3 Tbsp milk

  • ¼ C Parmesan cheese

  • 4-5 medium zucchini, spiralized

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • cherry tomatoes (or other veggies of your choice)

  • Sauteed Chicken

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, melt butter over medium low heat. Then add chopped garlic and saute.

  2. Let the garlic and butter cook together for a few minutes until softened and tender, then add cream cheese and milk and slowly stir.

  3. Keep stirring allowing the cream cheese to melt and form a sauce.

  4. Add in all the zucchini noodles. Tossing to coat with the sauce.

  5. Add parmesan cheese and cook together, until the noodles are barely tender and the cheese has melted.

  6. Add tomatoes or any other vegetables you want along with cooked chicken and stir and then serve.
